Nice place and reasonably spacious room. Separate bedroom. Very kind and nice staff, friendly services with free wake up service and ironing. A wide array of outstanding options for meal:)))

The place has an amazing location near various facilities and a stunning beach, plus the staff members were consistently friendly and welcoming.

The location in a very nice area was absolutely perfect and there were a small shopping mall and a market nearby. Took a walk around city centre, located within a close distance from the hotel...

I got a free upgrade to a room with a view of the beach and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful all day long.

The broken bed side lamp. The broken bedside cabinet. Reception being closed on a Sunday (why??????) - you can't book any trips or get any beach towels. The bathroom doubling as a laundry (not as 4 star as it claims to be!). The budget air conditioner.

We booked Agincourt due to the disruption caused by the volcano as it was a reasonable price and had the facilities - kitchen, washing machine etc we needed. We were not disappointed - we were upgraded to a beach front rather than garden front apartment and had views through to the beach. The apartment was very spacious and extremely well equipped. Excellent value for money and I would recommend to friends. The owners were away and the guy looking after the place was very helpful and kind to us. Pool is excellent and you can book lots of tours through reception. All in all a great place to stay.

The place quiet and not far from shops,beaches, countryside and also not far from Cairns and the airport. The unit has got everything we need and reasonably clean,

The rooms are perfect, bright, and come with a lounge, a kitchenette area, and a ceiling fan. The services are HELPFUL, including a heated pool.
